Dear Vendor,
We invite you and your company to be part of our 43rd Annual John Vernon Thornton Mid-Winter Conference,
which is being held from March 21, 2024, through March 24, 2024.
Vendor spaces are available on a first come basis. The booth Rental for this event will include 1 table, 2 chairs,
and an electrical outlet. The booths are $100.00 per day, or $325.00 for four days. To secure a booth rental a
non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required.
You may also purchase extra tables and or space at an additional cost of $75 each. Please note that personal
tables will be charged the same fee. The booth availability will start Thursday, March 21, 2024, and go through
Saturday, March 24, 2024.
Please note that all booths must be closed by 5:00 p.m. Saturday, March 24, 2024.
Vendor Responsibility
1. Set up/ take down of booth.
2. Securing one’s merchandise/ products.
3. Removal of any trash daily.
4. Damage to any equipment used.
Contract must be returned with the appropriate fee(s) no later than March 1, 2024.
